  • Leadership can be learned. 
     

  • Collaborative Leadership. Leaders who can deliver results across organizational boundaries are needed in all sectors and professions.
     

  • Community leadership education that takes theory to practice brings value to the community in an immediate way. “What you learn on Saturday, goes to work with you on Monday."
     

  • Education is not “one size fits all.” Education should be attainable and accessible. 
     

  • “Great communities are intentional, not accidental.” They are created by educated and informed civic leaders from every sector who use their expertise to help make decisions for the common good.
